[PATCH 09/18] target/s390x: Pass hwaddr to mmu_handle_skey()

mmu_handle_skey() takes a physical address, then aligns
it to the page size to pass a guest physical page number
to the methods defined in "hw/s390x/storage-keys.h" API.
