Make AddressSpaces QOM objects to ensure that they are destroyed when
their owners are finalized and also to get a unique path for debugging
output.
For incremental conversion, address_space_init() keeps the original
behavior when the owner parameter is NULL, and all callers are changed
to pass NULL as the owner parameter.
