[PATCH for-10.1 0/1] roms/opensbi: Update to v1.7

Hi,

It has been awhile since we last updated OpenSBI - we're still running
v1.5.1, updated almost a year ago. We're missing out a lot of fixes and
goodies (including SBI 3.0) from v1.6 and v1.7.

This update didn't trigger any regressions in our opensbi tests so I
would like to update the roms for 10.1 to avoid yet another release with
OpenSBI v1.5.1.
