KVM translates TDG.VP.VMCALL<MapGPA> to KVM_HC_MAP_GPA_RANGE, and QEMU
needs to enable user exit on KVM_HC_MAP_GPA_RANGE in order to handle the
memory conversion requested by TD guest.
