Replace compile-time MO_TE evaluation by runtime mo_endian() one,
which expand target endianness from DisasContext.
Mechanical change using:
$ sed -i -e 's/MO_TE/mo_endian(ctx)/' \
$(git grep -l MO_TE target/mips)
