[PATCH 5/5] hw/intc/loongarch_pch: Cleanup loongarch_pch_pic

From: bibo mao <maobibo@loongson.cn>

Remove definition about LoongArchPCHPIC and LOONGARCH_PCH_PIC, and
replace them with LoongArchPICCommonState and LOONGARCH_PIC_COMMON
separately. Also remove unnecessary header files.
