In order to build this file once for all targets, replace:

  TARGET_PAGE_BITS -> qemu_target_page_bits()
  TARGET_PAGE_SIZE -> qemu_target_page_size()
  TARGET_PAGE_MASK -> -qemu_target_page_size()
