[PATCH 10/18] MAINTAINERS: Cover tests/avocado/machine_aspeed.py

tests/avocado/machine_aspeed.py should belong to the ASPEED section
in the maintainers file. Improve the wildcards here a little bit,
so that it is covered, too.
