[v1] Convert nanoMIPS disassembler from C++ to C

[PATCH 20/20] disas/nanomips: Rename nanomips.cpp to nanomips.c

Now that everything has been converted to C code the nanomips.cpp file
has been renamed. Therefore, meson.build file is also changed.
