- Rework SMP parsing unit test to work on WinGW:

    Test smp_parse failed!
    Expected error report: Invalid SMP CPUs 1. The min CPUs supported by machine '(null)' is 2
      Output error report: Invalid SMP CPUs 1. The min CPUs supported by machine '(NULL)' is 2
