Removed various qemu_mutex_lock and their respective qemu_mutex_unlock
calls and used lock guard macros (QEMU_LOCK_GUARD and
WITH_QEMU_LOCK_GUARD). This simplifies the code by
eliminating qemu_mutex_unlock calls.
