Here are a few patches linked to the 'set-flags' interface with the
in-kernel path-manager.

Patch 1: a fix for an issue reported by syzbot. For -net.

Patch 2: a small cleanup. For -next.

Patch 3: a small optimisation not to iterate over all subflows to do
         nothing. For -next.
