Notable changes:
- New 'postcopy-device' migration state
- New 'exit-with-parent' option
- Features 'guest_tunnel_csum', 'host_tunnel', 'host_tunnel_csum',
'guest_tunnel' of 'virtio-net-pci' are now enabled by default
- 'extended-tseg-mbytes' is now 64 for 'mch' device
