[PATCH 0/5] qemu: IO error reporting fixes and improvements (part 1?)

This series:

 - fixed bug in lookup of devices for the IO error which made them
   useless (2/5)
 - adds framework to return error messages (3/5)
 - implements the passthrough of errors (4/5)
 - logs the I/O errors in the VM log (5/5)
