[libvirt] [PATCH] news.xml: Restore blank news example

In v5.6.0-rc1~347 I've mistakenly messed up news.xml as the
change I wanted to promote was added into a comment (I blame git
rebase for that). Anyway, restore the original state of the
comment so it can be copied again.
