[PATCH 0/2] ch: support NUMA and cpu topology configuration

This patch set adds NUMA cell configuration and cpu topology support
to the cloud-hyervisor driver. The first patch adds NUMA awareness
so users can map guest NUMA nodes to host NUMA nodes. The second
patch allows the user to define a concrete vCPU topology that is
presented to the guest.
