This commit adds the string-to-enum mapping for "multitouch" in the
VIR_ENUM_IMPL macro within src/conf/domain_conf.c.
This mapping is essential for XML parsing and serialization, enabling
libvirt to recognize "multitouch" as a valid value for the type attribute
in input device definitions. When users specify type='multitouch' in their
domain XML, this mapping allows libvirt to convert the string to the
VIR_DOMAIN_INPUT_TYPE_MULTITOUCH enum value internally.
Without this mapping, libvirt would reject domain XML containing multitouch
input devices as invalid.
