Meson is not supported in the following OSes we support:
- CentOS7: not packaged;
- Debian9: packaged, but version is older than 0.49.0;
- Ubuntu16: packaged, but version is older than 0.49.0;
- Ubuntu18: packaged, but version is older than 0.49.0;

Mh, the original mapping means that we have already installed the old
Meson from distro packages on Debian and Ubuntu... I'll make sure to
clean up the guests by uninstalling it, just so that there's a single
Meson binary per builder.
