BhyvePkg - initial patch series for review

[edk2-devel] [PATCH 11/13] BhyvePkg: Add InstrincsLib to BhyveFwCtlLib

On Windows, building BhyveFwCtlLib using VS2019 causes a call to
memcpy to be generated. Work around this by adding IntrinsicsLib to
resolve the reference.
