Add PCCT generator and various fixes

[edk2-devel] [PATCH 13/14] DynamicTablesPkg: Readme.md: Update available tables for generation

The following tables can now be generated by the DynamicTablesPkg:
 - PCCT
 - PPTT
 - SRAT

Update the documentation accordingly.
