[edk2-devel] [edk2-platforms][PATCH 13/15] Platform/Comcast: Use QemuFwCfgMmio provided by OvmfPkg

Complaint with BZ: #3665

QemuFwCfg is relocated from ArmVirtPkg to OvmfPkg/Library/QemuFwCfgLib and renamed as QemuFwCfgMmio, use the OvmfPkg one
instead of the one under ArmVirtPkg.
