Patch of EDKII Redfish Feature Core DXE driver.

EDKII Redfish Feature Core DXE driver provides the protocol interface to
the auto-generated Redfish feature driver to register itself for the
Redfish resource URI it manages.

You can skip 0003 patch which is the diagrams.
