As is requested in the BZ 2077, add two switches to support setting
compression mode and dictionary size.

v2: 1.Update DictionarySize to mDictionarySize.
    2.Update CompressionMode to mCompressionMode.
    3.Use CLzmaEncProps *props as the input parameter of the
      function Encode.
