Commit ffe5f7a6b4e9
"MdeModulePkg/HiiDatabase: Fix potential integer overflow "
added some new error paths, but it missed releasing the
mHiiDatabaseLock lock on those paths.
This patch releases mHiiDatabaseLock on those paths.
