[edk2] [PATCH 2/2] MdeModulePkg PiSmmIpl: Handle CommSize OPTIONAL case

Handle CommSize OPTIONAL case for SmmCommunicate.
And return EFI_ACCESS_DENIED when CommunicationBuffer
is not valid for SMM to access.
