From: Lyle Li <LyleLi@zhaoxin.com>
Zhaoxin consists of two vendors, X86_VENDOR_ZHAOXIN and
X86_VENDOR_CENTAUR, so add the centaur vendor to support
Zhaoxin MCA in mce/core.c and mce/intel.c.
