To avoid extra is_hvm_*() conditionals, use the alternative VA uniformly. While this could be conditionalized upon CONFIG_PV32 && CONFIG_SPECULATIVE_HARDEN_GUEST_ACCESS, omitting such extra conditionals keeps the code more legible imo.
