Remove MigrateSetParameters. The TLS options documentation from MigrationParameters were replaced with the ones from MigrateSetParameters which was more complete. I'm choosing to somewhat ignore any ambiguity between "query" and "set" because other options' docs are already ambiguous in that regard.
