[Patchew-devel] [PATCH 0/3] patchew-cli: match "Link: http://lore.kernel.org/..." trailers

These are a common alternative to the "Message-Id" header provided by "git am -m",
so use them in "patchew project update".  Both kinds of references are now covered
by test cases.

  patchew-cli: also match Link headers pointing to lore.kernel.org
