This proprty can be used to turn off or turn on hotpl= ug capability of the devices plugged into the pci-root ports. This change rele= ase notes this feature for the next release. The new element can be used like this: This will turn off hotplug capability on the pci-root ports. To turn the capability on, we set hotplug=3D'on' above (which is also the default).
