This can fix an exsiting bug, when gSmmBaseHobGuid may allocate buffer from smm range, and update gEfiSmmSmramMemoryGuid Hob. Current driver will return hard-code smm range and the buffer used by gSmmBaseHobGuid is marked as free range by mistake.
