[edk2] [PATCH] MdeModulePkg/RamDiskDxe: Perform MediaId check first in BlkIo services

The commit places the check for MediaId at the beginning of Block IO
services:
RamDiskBlkIoReadBlocks and
RamDiskBlkIoWriteBlocks

This aligns with the Block IO protocol implementations for other
devices.
